Sarah is a human sciences expert, semiotician and design analyst. Originally trained as an industrial designer she has a unique ability to simplify complex ideas, unlocking design opportunities for multidisciplinary teams and delivering business success.
Over 20 years she has developed a unique eye for the nuances in consumer and end user behaviours that help clients and design teams make sense of how people interact with products, systems, communications and services. This pioneering Meaning Centred Design approach, alongside her strategic thinking has been instrumental in leading businesses in sectors as diverse as healthcare and pharma, personal care, consumer lifestyle and the home.
Outside of the office Sarah is a health and wellness disciple – practising forest bathing in her local and beautiful Epping Forest and experimenting with natural fermentation products and gluten free baking.
