David has three decades of experience as Industrial Designer, Design Director and Advisor. He brings an international perspective to every project including 10 years living in Silicon Valley and 25 years working with the biggest Japanese brands.

His work has been exhibited at the London Design Museum, NYMOMA and Axis Gallery Tokyo and won major global design awards including, Japan Good Design, German IF Design Award, Chicago Athenaeum Good Design and Business Week IDEA.

He presents, lectures and writes about design and culture in Japan, and is honorary Professor at Kanazawa Art University. When not taking nighttime photos in Tokyo, you can find him making pottery in Peckham, London.
